Palbace 125 mg Capsule is an anticancer drug used in combination with other medicines to treat certain types of breast cancer. Close monitoring of blood cell count is recommended during treatment with this medicine. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.
This medicine is used in combination with other medicines to treat hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
Take this medicine as instructed by your doctor. Do not take in larger or smaller amounts than advised. Do not miss any scheduled dose. Consult the doctor if you experience any undesirable side effects. Ensure that the treatment course is completed. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor.

Pregnancy - This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. Discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking this medicine.
Breast-feeding - This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. Discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking this medicine. Your doctor may advise you to discontinue breastfeeding or to discontinue the medicine based on your clinical condition.
Neutropenia - This medicine may cause neutropenia (decrease in white blood cells) in some patients. A decrease in white blood cell count may render the patient prone to serious and opportunistic infections. Report any unusual symptoms such as a fever, chills, sore throat, etc. to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of blood cell counts is recommended during treatment with this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.
Infections - Since this medicine can cause bone marrow suppression, the patients are susceptible to serious and opportunistic infections. Report any symptoms such as a fever, chills, shortness of breath, sore throat, etc. to the doctor immediately. Appropriate corrective measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.
Use in children - This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.
IBRUTINIB is a tablet that target proteins in cancer cells and stop the cancer cells from increasing. It is used to treat layer cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, and chronic graft-versus-host virus.
