Tadalafil Pills

Tadalafil Pills

Tadalafil - what is it?

Tadalafil is the active ingredient in a drug called Cialis. Tadalafil is approved by the FDA to treat erectile dysfunction. It’s available from Lemonaid in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg strength. We don’t prescribe the 2.5mg dose.

Tadalafil - is it the same as Cialis?

Yes and no. Tadalafil is the active ingredient in the ED medicine that’s made by Lilly and branded as Cialis. But they’re different because Tadalafil is the name of the active ingredient, whereas Cialis is the name of the brand.

Who should take Cialis 10 mg tablets?

10mg is the recommended starting dose for Cialis. If you have never taken Cialis before, it is likely that your doctor will prescribe this dosage. If you find that the 10mg tablet is too weak, you can ask your doctor if you can take the 20mg dose instead.

Likewise, if you find that you experience side effects when using the 20mg dosage you can switch to the lower 10mg dose to see if you tolerate it better.

Young men who suffer from erection problems caused by anxiety or stress usually find that a 10mg dose is sufficient for them.

Does it work every time?

Response to treatment is usually predictable and consistent. On most occasions, if Cialis has worked before, it will work again.

Some causes of erectile dysfunction, such as physical injuries or nerve damage, are more resistant to tablet treatments and may require other therapies, such as injections or penile implants.

Erectile dysfunction may require specialist treatment apart from tablets. Some men, whose erectile dysfunction has psychological causes, may benefit from counselling.

All men who are troubled by erectile dysfunction, which can be a distressing problem, should consult a doctor for a full assessment and advice.

Important warnings

Heart disease warning: You shouldn’t use tadalafil if you have a heart condition and your doctor has advised against sexual activity. Call your doctor right away if you have symptoms during sex such as chest pain, dizziness, or nausea. Sexual activity can put an extra strain on your heart. This is especially true if your heart is already weak from a heart attack or heart disease.

Priapism warning: Priapism is an erection that won’t go away. Without treatment, this condition could cause permanent damage to your penis. This damage includes impotence (not being able to have an erection). If you get an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, call your doctor right away
