What is Tadact 20mg?
Tadact 20mg Tablet is used for Enlarged prostate gland in male, Increased blood pressure in lungs and other conditions. This Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Tadact Tablet contains Tadalafil as an active ingredient.
How Tadact 20mg working?
This Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. It works in pulmonary hypertension by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs to allow blood to flow more easily.
How is Tadact 20mg used?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. This Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Indications
Take Tadact 20mg Tablet as instructed by the doctor. Do not consume this medicine in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Follow the dosage regimen if this medicine is taken for treating Pulmonary Hypertension. Take this medicine at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity if taken for erection disorders.

Contraindication

Special Precautions And Related Warnings
This Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Tadalafil can lower blood pressure, and combining it with alcohol may further increase this effect.
This Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of the Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Alcohol use should be minimized or avoided altogether with Tadact-20 due to increased risk of serious side effects, including dizziness.
5. Who is Tadact-20 not for?
Tadact-20 is for adult men only. It is not to be taken by women or children. Tadact-20 is to be taken only under physician guidance in the event of past history of heart attacks, strokes, low blood pressure, or significant liver or kidney disease.
