Mechanism Action Of Losar 50mg

Losartan Potassium Is An Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonist. The Drug And Its Active Metabolite Selectively Block The Vasoconstrictor And Aldosterone-secreting Effects Of angiotensin II By selectively antagonising Its Binding To AT1 Receptors.
