Recipes for HCG Phase 2: Get cookin'! We have over 40 recipes that are allowed on Phase 2 of the HCG Diet (also known as P2 or VLCD). The recipes in this category are safe for both Dr. Simeons' and Kevin Trudeau's food plans.

Recipes for HCG Phase 3: Get inspired! We have over 20 recipes that are for Phase 3 of the HCG Diet (also known as P3 or maintenance). The recipes in this category contain a higher variety of food options and teach you how to introduce new food into your diet.

In some of these recipes you will need HCG Diet safe food products, such as stevia powder, grissini sticks, flavored stevia, spices, and some of our salad dressings. To learn more about each of these items, click below!

In a large heavy saute pan, heat the 3 tablespoons of Chicken broth over a medium-high flame. Add the chicken pieces (if doing the HCG diet, be sure there are 6 pieces weighing only 3.5 oz each) to the pan and saute just until brown, about 5 minutes per side. Add more broth as it evaporates, if needed. If all the chicken does not fit in the pan, saute in 2 batches or more.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside. Add the onion and garlic to the same pan and saute over medium heat until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

Very Low Calorie Diet

HCG is used in combination with a low carbohydrate diet providing only 500 calories a day. Dieters can expect to lose up to a pound a day on this protocol.

Prior to commencing the diet you begin by eating high-fat foods for two days. Then you will use HCG for 23 or 43 days with the very low calorie diet.

Theoretically this protocol resets the hypothalamus, which repairs metabolism.

The book includes over 200 HCG recipes
