A non-steroidal anti-androgen, Casodex 50mg Tablet is used in combination with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone for treating prostate cancer. It works by blocking the action of testosterone.

It also acts as a component of hormone therapy for transgender women. Common side effects of Casodex 50mg Tablet in men include breast tenderness, breast enlargement and hot flashes. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. Some medicines like oral anti-coagulants and midazolam can interact with its actions so inform your doctor if you are taking these medications.

Special Precautions for Bicalutamide 50mg
