7. Precaution of Olopat Eye Drop

Your doctor has prescribed Olopat to treat inflammation (redness and swelling) due to allergies of the eye. It treats short-term or sudden allergic reactions in the eye.

Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop.

Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.

Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer. Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle

8. Uses of Olopat Eye Drop

Olopat OD Eye Drops is an antihistamine used for the treatment of itching associated with conjunctivitis and as a nasal spray for treating sneezing, itchy nose, or a runny nose caused by allergic rhinitis. Use of this medicine in children under 3 years of age is not recommended.

9. Storage of Olopat Eye Drop

Store this drug at a temperature between 36°F and 77°F (2°C and 25°C).
