Duoble Force 100mg Tablet is used for Penis erection, High blood pressure and other conditions. Double Force Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Duoble Force 100mg Tablet contains Sildenafil as an active ingredient.
Double Force100mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, thereby increasing blood flow into the penis on sexual stimulation. This helps you achieve and maintain a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Double Force 100mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Take Duoble Force 100mgTablet as instructed by the doctor. Do not consume this medicine in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Follow the dosage regimen if this medicine is taken for treating Pulmonary Hypertension. Take this medicine at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity if taken for erection disorders.
Hypersensitivity to Duoble Force 100mg Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Duoble Force 100mg Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Double Force 100mg Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Taking Sildenafil with alcohol may lower blood pressure.
Double Force 100mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Double Force 100mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Double Force 100mg Tablet is recommended.
Double Force 100mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Double Force 100mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Do not take it if you've had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
Do not use Double Force 100mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But, you can take it anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children. - Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
